Syntax: display <string>
The DISPLAY command displays data in the command window as if it had been received from the FTP server.
<string> |
The <string> parameter can be any string of characters. The character string displays on a single line. If the specified character string exceeds the width of the Reflection FTP window, characters at the end of the string will be hidden; the string will not wrap to the next line. For example, if the window is sized to 50 columns wide and the <string> is 60 characters long, the last 10 characters of the string will be hidden. |
Example
You can use the DISPLAY command to do such things as display a message or reminder about the current process. For example, the following command displays a message that a logon process occurs next:
DISPLAY Next process is logon to bigben.timer.london
