To display details for a transaction, select it in the Summary pane. Note that the details shown in the Versions pane show
all elements for the transaction, not just the active elements. The Versions pane lists the file name, version, basis version,
and other information for each element in the transaction.
The following commands are available from both the toolbar and context menu for any selected element.
- Open
-
Opens the selected item. For more information, see
Using the Open Command.
- Save As
- Runs your browser's
Open command allowing you to open or save the selected file. See
Save As.
- Annotate
-
Opens the selected item in
Annotate tab. See
Reviewing Changes to Text Files.
- Version Browser
- Opens the
Version Browser showing the versions of this asset in the repository.
- Diff Prev. Trans.
- Opens the Diff tool and shows the changes in selected file caused by that transaction alone.

- Send files to Issue
- Sends all the files for the selected transaction to the change package section (Changes tab) of the issue record you specify. You can also send files to an issue from the context menu ().

- Code Review
- If enabled by your administrator, allows you to create a code review for the selected file, or add files to an existing code
review. See

- Properties
- Displays the
Properties dialog box for the selected item. See

- Export
- Allows you to export the contents of the current table as either
XML or a
CSV file. In most browsers, you are prompted to view the report or save it to a file. By default, the file name is
Report.ext, where ext is either
XML or
CSV. To export a table:
- Click the
Export Actions button
.
- Choose
Export to XML or
Export to CSV from the list.
- Follow the save or open instructions presented by your browser.
- Print
- Sends the contents of the current table to a printer. When you click the
Print button,
AccuRev displays a standard print dialog box that allows you to specify printer name, page ranges, number of copies, and so on.
AccuRev provides identifying header information and formatting for the output. (You cannot customize the report header or formatting.)
Note: Print functionality for tables that display issues allows you to print the table, or detailed reports for one or more issues.
