Shared Cost allocation feature is based on a custom Studio application allowing the FinOps admin and FinOps user to allocate the billing cost collected for a Shared Application to Business Application.
Here the reporting provides aggregated and segregated view based on time period range. The reporting views are based on Application's Cost Center, Owner of Application and direct application based cost view.
This is a new feature delivered through Custom Studio Application package and UIS reporting query package. This feature needs FinOps capability as well Operations Platform's UIS reporting to see the End-to-End usecase. It's a community supported on SaaS platfom for AWS Provider based cost allocation.
