Description

The CSA product provides out of the box integrations to different service providers through service design components, templates, and process definitions. These elements are configured into service designs which are automated through direct provider integrations or integration through HP Operations Orchestration (OO). This OO content is used to monitor service flow status, to gather information from service providers, and to direct activity on service providers via OO flows. This offering provides online download for the OOTB content which is part of the CSA installation DVD
