Description

The Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed) monitoring provides all the information you need to understand your service levels, system availability, and the availability of key business transactions. The Operations Bridge Integration for Dynatrace is aligned with best practices from both vendors. The collection process is very flexible and adjustable to the dimensions of the monitored environment. It gathers all the valuable data from Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed), processes it, and delivers it suited to the Micro Focus Operations Bridge universe. Based on the opinion of our customers and subject matter experts, we included in the collection process the following:

Integration data for OBM:

    • Topology data (business applications, business transactions, and discovered software)
    • Metric data (all available metrics)
    • Event data (problems)

Integration data for OPTIC DL:

    • Metric data (all available metrics)
