This tool can be used to verify or update few properties of Optic DL in a NOM deployment.
Capabilities of the tool -
1. Verify certificates - A sub-command of the utility (verifyCert) verifies the certificates required for proper functioning of Optic DL. It checks if certificates of NNMi, NA, Vertica, Postgres and others are exchanged properly in different places. The utility also checks the expiry of all the relevant certificates and prints a warning if a certificate's expiry time is less than 60 days.
2. Retention settings - A sub-command of the utility (retention) can be used to view and update the retention periods of all the metric tables in Optic Data Lake (ODL).
