LogGrabberNG helps support engineers to quickly gather information from a customer system. You are able to collect files (specific ones or pattern-based) and to grab the standard output (stdout) and standard error (stderr) of executed commands. Furthermore, you can implement custom Java actions to do whatever you like or rather allowed to do (advanced). Since the tool works based on a XML configuration, you are able to create your own configuration for all kinds of products. We ship default configurations for HP BSM Connector 9.2x and 10.
