2011.1r2

  • This version provides the following enhancements:
  • Includes several enhancements that improves the overall performance of the Connector.
  • You can now specify filters to collect only the desired LEA records when you configure the event source and therefore prevent data overload.
  • You no longer need different connections to the event source to collect both Audit and Traffic log types. The Connector now collects both the log types in a single connection.
  • The Connector now logs the LEA agent activities, which help you to troubleshoot the Check Point LEA agent.
  • The Check Point Connector now logs the OPSEC debug information, which helps you to verify the compliance with the OPSEC certification.
  • Sentinel now resolves the event fields by default and you do not need to manually configure the event field resolution. The Connector no longer provides the option to configure the event field resolution.
  • The Check Point Event Source no longer uses the File ID and uses only the File Name and record number fields to set the offset.
  • The Check Point Connector now uses the OPSEC LEA 6.0 SDK, which helps to improve the stability of the Connector.
