VuGen customer toolbar creates a secondary toolbar where the user can put commands from the main menu.
Unzip the attached file to \Addins\extra(you may need to create this directory).
Run VuGen and you will have the special toolbar(new pencil button)
The zip include also CustomToolbar.wrf - a short video for usage example.
