(“We,” “Our,” “Us” or “Micro Focus”) are the proprietors of trademarks, including marks registered in the United Kingdom, United States and other countries. This is a partial list of these marks:

Certain other marks to which We refer in Our Websites are the property of their respective owners.

Trademark Use by Authorized Partners and Licensees

If You have a written agreement with us addressing use of Our trademarks, please adhere to the specific trademark use guidelines and terms provided in Your written agreement. If Your existing agreement with Us authorizes You to display specific trademarks, but does not contain specific trademark use guidelines, please follow the trademark use guidelines on this page. We do not use or require the use of trademark symbols, legends or acknowledgements with Our trademarks, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If You have questions You should contact Your account representative or other Micro Focus business contact. When referring to Us in formal documentation (e.g., annual reports or financial documents), the formal name of our parent company, Micro Focus International plc, or of our applicable affiliate, is preferred. In other contexts, Micro Focus is preferred.

General Trademark Rules

The following rules are intended for use by companies that are authorized users of Our trademarks, including for example certain of Our partners, licensees, alliances and authorized resellers who are granted trademark licenses under contract with Us.

• Our trademarks should be presented as adjectives modifying generic nouns; for example: Our servers, Our support services, etc.
• Do not use variations, plural or possessive forms of Our trademarks.
• Do not use Our trademarks in a manner likely to mislead or confuse the public as to the origin of any goods or services, or as to sponsorship or endorsement by Us.
• Do not use Our trademarks to make false statements about Us or Our products or services.
• Do not incorporate or integrate Our trademarks in Your trade names, business names, product names, service names, social media user names, or domain names.
• Do not adopt or imitate Our distinctive product designs, product packaging, trade dress, advertising materials, slogans, taglines or website layouts.
• Do not shorten, abbreviate, or modify Our trademarks, except as otherwise agreed by Micro Focus in writing.

THESE RULES MAY BE REVISED FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, OUR PARTNERS, LICENSEES, ALLIANCES AND AUTHORIZED RESELLERS TO REGULARLY CHECK THIS PAGE AS WELL AS CHECK WITH THEIR APPROPRIATE MICRO FOCUS BUSINESS CONTACTS TO ENSURE CONTINUED COMPLIANCE WITH OUR TRADEMARK USE GUIDELINES.

Windows, the Windows logo, Windows Vista, and the Windows Vista start button are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. FIPS 140-2 Validated and the FIPS 140-2 logo are the certification marks of NIST, which retains exclusive right to their use. Citrix is a registered trademark and the Citrix ready logo is a trademark of Citrix Systems, Inc. VMware and VMware Ready is a registered trademark or trademark of VMware, Inc. in the United States and/or other jurisdictions. RSA Secured and the RSA Secured logo are registered trademarks of RSA Security Inc.

Certification-Related Notices

Our Website may refer to certifications earned by Our products as the result of formal testing procedures based on third-party testing criteria, and may display associated certification logos. In no case shall any such certification claim or logo display be construed to confer any warranty of any kind from any third party.

The Cisco Systems, Inc. Cisco Compatible logo signifies that a product has undergone interoperability testing by Us together with Cisco and/or a third-party test-house based on testing criteria set by Cisco. We are solely responsible for the support and warranty of Our products. Cisco makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to those products or their interoperation with the listed Cisco product(s) and disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use, or against infringement.

Some of Our products claim compliance to Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 by using one or more cryptographic components from vendors such as Microsoft and the Open Source Software Institute. A complete list of FIPS-validated components is located at http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cmvp/validation.html. Windows FIPS-validated algorithms used in some products were tested when the FIPS mode bit was set. While the cryptographic components have valid certificates at the time of product release, it is the user's responsibility to review the validated product list to confirm that the component is still on the list.
