Synchronize Eclipse Elements

Function:

This tool synchronizes AWM linked elements with the corresponding Eclipse resources.

Micro Focus recommends using the Eclipse function package attributes to trigger this synchronization process. If the synchronization process is disabled in the function package attributes, it is still supported to model the synchronization tools in action descriptors, for example, as a global action.

Tool Attribute:

Attribute Type Description
Action Selection Specifies the action for the synchronizer to perform.

Possible values include:

SYNCHRONIZE
Executes a once synchronization of all linked Eclipse properties for the loaded AWM application.
START
Starts the background synchronization process for all linked Eclipse properties of the loaded AWM application.
STOP
Stops the background synchronization process for all linked Eclipse properties of the loaded AWM application.
Project Name Filter Regular expression Filter for the Eclipse project names to be synchronized.
Project Nature Filter Regular expression Filter for the Eclipse project natures to be synchronized.
