exclusive-bind

Restriction:
  • This option only applies in Windows environments.
  • These options apply only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.

Syntax:

exclusive-bind=on|off

Parameters:

Off
Use the normal Winsock semantics for BIND which lets one application bind a port even if the port is already in use.
On
Specifies that the BIND semantics of the mainframe, and every other non-Windows platform, are in effect and BIND will be rejected ports that are already in use.
