Customer Experience Improvement Program

The Customer Experience Improvement Program collects high-level, anonymous information on how Micro Focus products are used. Micro Focus uses this information to enhance the Micro Focus products and features that are used most often. The type of data collected is:

Product name and version
Operating system
Features used

Opt out of the Customer Experience Improvement Program

Participation in the Customer Experience Improvement Program is automatically enabled. You can opt out of the information collection at any time by using the command-line tool mfceipconfig, which activates private mode.

To stop participation in the Customer Experience Improvement Program, type in a Visual COBOL command line:

mfceipconfig privacy:on

To participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program, type in a Visual COBOL command line:

mfceipconfig privacy:off
