Determines the program elements that are normalized when a procedural COBOL program is compiled to
managed code. Normalization in this context results in replacing all $ and - (hypen) characters in the name with _ (underscore) characters.
Restriction: This directive is supported for
JVM COBOL, but not native COBOL.

Parameters:

- Determines which program element names are normalized when a procedural COBOL program is compiled to
JVM COBOL code.
<scope> can be one of:
- MEMBERS
- Normalizes the names of the methods representing the entry points to the program. This is the same as specifying the directive
with no parameter.
- ALL
- As MEMBERS, but also normalizes the name of the class representing that program.
