There are two ways to start a
Visual COBOL command prompt in Windows 11.
- Click the
Start button in the Task Bar. Use the search field in the Start menu to find and start
Visual COBOL
Command Prompt (32-bit) or the
Visual COBOL
Command Prompt (64-bit).
- Open
Windows Terminal on your machine, and click
Open a new tab. From the drop-down menu, select
Visual COBOL
Command Prompt (32-bit) or the
Visual COBOL
Command Prompt (64-bit).
