This tool is used to validate the maximum number of characters per line. As input, either the active editor or a file input can be used.

Error messages cause an action to be aborted. Warning messages and information messages are displayed to the user without affecting the workflow. The only difference between warning and information messages are their appearance. This is also dependent on the operating system. Ignore does not affect the workflow at all. Abort cancels the action without any message: Possible values:
