The CODESET mapping mechanism is unable to locate a table required for conversion.
Resolution:
The required tables are located in a number of files in the
etc\codeset sub-directory of your installation directory. Check that these files exist, and if they do, check that your COBDIR environment variable is pointing to the correct location.
