Since some of the commands listed require the correct enivronment, we recommend starting a Net Express command prompt. After opening the command prompt, add the ADAM installation directory to your path:
path %windir%\adam;%path%
The mfds and cas-to-ad commands need to be run from a system with the COBOL development system installed. The ldifde command can be run on the domain controller instead, if you find that more convenient.
