Extra options exist for viewing the console log that only make sense in the context of a diagnostics server containing the diagnostic files from the problem server copied using the commands given above. To use these extra options:
- Click Log and C (for current), then Display to view the current console log file, that is, the console.log file of the diagnostics server.
- Click Log and B (for backup), then Display to view the backup console log of the problem server (console.bak). Note that this works only if you copied the data collection into the diagnostics server after you started it, because the process of starting it replaces the backup console log from the problem server with the backup console log of the diagnostics server
- Click Log and A (for auxiliary), then Display to view the console log of the problem server (copied to console.aux)
