Service Execution Processes

Service execution processes are provided within an enterprise server. COBOL applications are executed within these service execution processes. For more information on service execution processes, see the section Service Execution Processes in the chapter Configuration in your Server Enterprise EditionConfiguration and Administration Guide.

You can view information on the SEPs running on an enterprise server by displaying the SEPs (Service Execution Processes) page. To do this, click SEPs in the menu.

The SEPs (Service Execution Processes) page displays details for all SEPs on the current enterprise server, including:

• The process ID
• The type of SEP
• The task number
• The number of services that have run in this SEP

You can also terminate SEPs and create and view traces for SEPs.
