WINDOWS NOTE: In Windows, you must load NetBIOS prior to entering Windows. You might also be running non-IBM or Novell NetBIOS. XDB Server must see the file NETAPI.DLL which is only associated with IBM and Novell NetBIOS. Refer to file NETAPI.TXT.
