Suspending User Accounts

Open the
Server Administration tool and select the server configuration.

Click the
Accounts bar and then click
(User Manager).
The User Manager tab opens. -
Select the user from the
User list.
If the user does not appear in the Users list, you can display a list of all users by:- Selecting the All Users group in the Groups tree.
- Selecting the Show Users in All Descendant Groups check box.
- Right-click the user’s name and select Suspend Account. The account status in the Users list changes to Suspended, and access to the server is denied after the user logs out.
