Select your workspace project in the Package or Navigator
Explorers, and choose
Team > Share
Project.
Select
StarTeam.
Click
Next.
Select your server configuration containing the newly-created
StarTeam
project and view.
Click
Next.
Select a folder from the list, or click
New Folder to create one.
Click
Next.
The Mapping preferences page opens. By default, this
setting maps to the default setting for
StarTeam
server-side (remote) folders. Most users will accept this as their default
setting. This means that you are using the default folder name provided by
StarTeam Server
to name your local folders. However, while sharing the Eclipse project with
StarTeam,
you can override this setting at the project-level by checking
Enable project-specific settings.
Choose desired settings in the Mapping Preferences page, or accept
the default settings, and click
Finish.
A dialog box opens asking you if you would like to
synchronize the newly-shared project.
