Existing public filters can be used on all projects in the same server configuration by any team members who have the appropriate
access rights. Private filters can be used only by you.
Select a folder in the Server Explorer or one of the Eclipse Explorers.
Open one of the following views:
Change Request,
Requirement,
Task,
Topic, or
Audit Log.
