You use the
Solution tab to specify a workaround for the problem and to document how this change request was resolved.
Click the
Solution tab.
Optionally, in the
Work around field, type the steps you can follow to work around the problem.
Optionally, in the
Fix field, type the solution to the problem. The
Fix field is usually completed by the user who fixes the code. In this field, the application can accept a maximum of 20K characters,
but your database may accept fewer characters.
