Choose
View
> Select Configuration.
The
Select A View Configuration dialog box opens.
Select
Promotion State Configuration.
Select a state from the list.
Configuring a view to a promotion state maintains the dynamic nature of the promotion state. If the promotion state view label
changes, the view is configured to the new view label on the next refresh. The promotion state name appears on the status
bar. If you exit the view and return, you return to the current configuration.
