The
Testplan menu is available when you have a test plan open in
Silk Test Classic and enables you to perform actions that are specific for test plans.
The
Testplan menu contains the following commands:
Command (Shortcut)
Description
Go to Script
Opens the script file that is associated with the current line of the test plan and makes it the active window.
Detail
Opens the
Testplan Detail dialog box which you can use to specify valid script, test case, and test data statements, to assign attribute values to
your test plan, or to add, edit, or delete a symbol that is associated with the test plan. For additional information, see

Insert Template
Opens the
Insert Testplan Template dialog box which you can use to create a template, or outline, of your test plan. For additional information, see
Inserting a Template.
Completion Report
Opens the
Testplan Completion Report dialog box which you can use to generate a report on the number of complete tests. For additional information, see
Generating a Testplan Completion Report.
Mark
Marks one or more tests in the test plan, depending upon the position of the cursor.
Mark All
Marks all the tests in the test plan.
Unmark
Unmarks one or more marked tests and their subordinate tests, depending on the position of the cursor.
Unmark All
Unmarks all marked tests in the test plan.
Mark by Query
Opens the
Mark by Query dialog box, which enables you to mark a set of tests based on a query. For additional information, seeMark By Query Dialog Box
Mark by Named Query
Opens the
Mark by Named Query dialog box, which enables you to create, combine, edit, or delete named queries. For additional information, see
Mark By Named Query dialog.
Find Next Mark
Locates the next marked test in the active test plan.
Define Attributes
Opens the
Define Attributes dialog box, which allows you to define or rename the Testplan Editor attributes and to add, rename, or remove attribute values.

Run Manual Tests
Runs all manual tests that are included in the test plan. For additional information, see
