WebTelnetScreenGetFieldIndex Function

Action

Returns the index of a field in an open Telnet connection at a given position. The index returned may be used for further data retrieval and comparison.

Syntax

WebTelnetScreenGetFieldIndex(    in hWeb : number,
                                 in nCol : number,
                                 in nRow : number ) : number;

Return value

1-based index of the rendered field at a given position.
0 on error

Parameter	Description
hWeb	Valid handle to a Web connection created by WebTcpipConnect and set to Telnet mode using WebTcpipSetTelnetMode.
nCol	1-based column of the searched field.
nRow	1-based row of the searched field.
