OraFormsSetPort specifies the port that is to be connected by the replay engine. During replay the Oracle Forms server may advise the client to connect to a specific server to manage load balancing. Call this function just before OraFormsConnect to specify the host that is to be connected. This function overrides the third parameter specified in OraFormsInit.
