In the
Silk Performer menu, click
Settings
> System.
Click the Agents button.
Click Check Availability to send a remote call to the selected agent and verify that it is available and active.
Select an agent computer and click Manage to set the agent's configuration options, including the configuration of multiple IP addresses.
The System Configuration Manager opens.
Click OK to save your settings. Repeat the previous step for each agent computer that you want to configure.
Back on the System Settings dialog box, click OK to save your agent pool settings.
