OraFormsSetHost specifies the host that is to be connected by the replay engine. During replay the Oracle Forms server may advise the client to connect to a specific server for load balancing. Call this function just before OraFormsConnect to specify the host that is to be connected. This function overrides the second parameter specified in OraFormsInit.
