nReturn	Can be one of these constants: ORA_FLEX_WND_IS_AUTOPIK ORA_FLEX_WND_IS_AUTOSKIP ORA_FLEX_WND_IS_COMBO_AVAILABLE ORA_FLEX_WND_IS_READONLY
