Running Saved Queries

Execute an existing JMX query to access the most important attribute values of MBeans that are hosted on JMX MBeanServers.

  1. Open the JMX Data Source Browser.
  2. Click the Advanced Query tab.
  3. Choose Load > Load From File > Load.
  4. Browse through the list of pre-installed queries and any custom queries that you might have saved. Pre-installed query types are available for a number of server types. These types are the same query types that are available with the Easy JMX profiles.
  5. Click Run.
    Note: Queries that are saved to C:\Program Files\Silk\Silk Performer 19.5\include\jmx-config are also listed on the Easy JMX page and can be run directly from there.
    Performance Explorer executes the query.
