Filtering Values Using a Predefined List on the Activities page

  1. In the menu, click Tracking > Activities.
  2. Open the column header's context menu of the column that has a predefined filter value that the filter is to be based on.
  3. Expand the Filter submenu on the context menu to display the Filter field.
  4. Check the check boxes of the filter values that you want to use. All entries that have one of the selected criteria will be displayed.
