When deciding how many licenses to order of each type, consider that:
- You are not licensed to use the same license key on more than one machine at any one time. So if you have two machines, you need separate license keys for each machine.
- Each license key is for use only with the platform-specific product with which that license key was issued. Therefore, the product version and platform must match if you want to move a license key from one machine to another.
- You can purchase additional license keys at any time, to enable more users to use a licensed product.
- Typically licenses are for an unlimited time. However, for products under evaluation, the license is granted for a limited time.
