14.1 Prerequisites for Installing Analytics Dashboard Plug-in

Ensure that the following components of Access Manager 5.0.2 are installed and configured:

  • Administration Console

  • Identity Server

  • Analytics Server

For more information about installing Access Manager components, see NetIQ Access Manager 5.0 Installation and Upgrade Guide.

Ensure the following with respect to NetIQ SecureLogin:

  • NetIQ SecureLogin 8.8 or above must be installed.

  • The Syslog Auditing feature is enabled with either Forward to SysLog Server or SysLog Server. Set the fields as follows:

    • Specify the Analytics Server address in the Server Address field.

    • Specify the Port as 1469 with either TCP or UDP connection.

NOTE:This plug-in integrates with Access Manager 5.0.2. Following are some limitations of the plug-in:

  • Only a TCP or UDP connection on port 1469 is supported.

  • Only English localization is supported.

  • It is not supported with Access Manager container deployment.
