For information about how to upgrade, see SecureLogin 9.0 Installation Guide.
To apply NetIQ SecureLogin 9.0.0 Patch 1, NetIQ SecureLogin 9.0.0.0 is required.
To upgrade to SecureLogin 9, you must be on one of the following versions of SecureLogin:
8.7
8.8
8.8.1
Upgrade or migration from SecureLogin 8.6, 8.5, 8.1, 8.0, or 7.0 might work, but it is not tested. Ensure that you test the upgrade from SecureLogin 8.6, 8.5, 8.1, 8.0, or 7.0 to SecureLogin 9.0 in your test environment before you upgrade in your production environment.
iManager
The NetIQ iManager product is discontinued and reached end-of-life. Therefore, SecureLogin has stopped the iManager support. If eDirectory is deployed as part of OES deployment, refer to the OES support cycle of iManager.
It is recommended to use SLManager in place of iManager for administering SecureLogin.
Secret Store
In the subsequent release of SecureLogin, support for Secret Store will be discontinued. It is recommended to migrate from the LDAP + Secret Store mode to the LDAP mode. For more information about how to migrate, see Migrating from the SecretStore Mode to Other Modes
in the NetIQ SecureLogin 9.0 Administration Guide.
