When you have configured and connected the Rumba printer, you can send host print jobs to your current Windows printer by simply opening the host application, then printing the document as usual. You can also preview documents and save them to print later, print to a file, or change the page layout, formatting, and printer properties.
If you try a Rumba printer operation, but have not installed a Windows printer, the Printer Wizard automatically prompts you to install a Windows printer and guides you through the installation process. Normally, you add printers by selecting Devices and Printers from the Windows Start menu or Control Panel.
