According to the instructions in the sections above, install a
Web-to-Host Server instance - default or otherwise - in the instance parent folder on a Windows machine, regardless of the Web server
on that machine.
Install and activate a Web server on the target machine, which can run any operating system - Windows or otherwise.
On the target machine, prepare the
Web-to-Host Server location.
If you decide to set up
Web-to-Host Server in the
Web Root subdirectory, create the subdirectory.
Copy the
w2hlegacy folder from the instance parent folder on the Windows machine to the
Web-to-Host Server location on the target machine.
