Uninstalling Pro using Control Panel

Before uninstalling you must first close any open windows. Use the following procedure to uninstall the Pro component.

  1. From Windows Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs. The Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box appears.
  2. From the Install/Uninstall tab, select Micro Focus OnWeb Web-to-Host Pro Client 6.9.3, then click Add/Remove.
  3. From the Web-to-Host Pro Client Uninstall message box, click OK (to continue uninstalling the program). The program uninstalls and you return to the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box.
  4. Click OK.
Note: You must delete one file manually.
  1. Open C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\.
  2. Right-click Pro Client Persistent Session Control and select Delete.
  3. Click Yes to delete the file.
