The following table describes the options available on the File tab.

| Multi-File label length | The maximum length of the Multi-File Label Column Name string used when multi-file support is enabled for an FD. If you exceed the length when prompted, multi-file support is not enabled. |
| Omit hyphen in column names | When this tick-box is selected, hyphens are omitted from the default column names. When this tick-box is not selected, hyphens are replaced by underscores. |
| Camel case column names | When this tick-box is selected, default column names are in camel case. When this tick-box is not selected, column names are in upper case. |
| Edit Default Values | If selected, the Default Value option in the Properties pane is editable. Default values are used when tables, which allow updates and inserts, are defined. If this option is not selected, the Default Value column is not displayed in the FD form. |
