    Gets or sets a value indicating whether Cut and Clear actions replace characters with nulls or spaces.
    Syntax
    expression.CutFillCharacter As CutFillCharacterOption
    where expression is a variable that represents a IbmScreen Object

    Property Value

    A CutFillCharacterOption Enumeration value. For the default value (SpaceCharacter), cut and cleared characters are replaced with spaces.

    NullCharacter replaces cut and cleared characters with nulls.

    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
    Attachmate.Reflection.SecuredSettingException This exception is thrown when you modify a property that was secured via the Permissions Manager, or that can only be modified by an Administrator.
    Remarks

    The value of this property determines how data is transmitted to the host, but does not influence the current screen display. All cut or cleared characters appear as spaces in the current screen display.
