Parameters

timeout: Time in seconds to wait for line-feed character. The range of valid values is 0 through 99.
option: Additional read options.
sawEndOfLine: Returns true if line-feed character was received, otherwise false.

Return Value

Line of data read from the host (excluding CR/LF characters).
