PlateSpin Transformation Manager discovers the subnets available for virtual private clouds in a target cloud platform. It provides the following information for each subnet:
The parent target platform of the subnet.
The name of the subnet in the target platform environment.
The parent region of the subnet in the AWS Cloud for the target platform. For example: Central US, West US, or North Europe.
The name and CIDR address space of the parent virtual private cloud that contains the subnet.
The available IPv4 address space for the subnet, expressed in CIDR notation. The second line provides information about the number of addresses available and used as of the last successful discovery of the target platform.
(Optional) Specify a brief description of the network. This text appears by default in the Subnets list.
