This section describes security issues and recommendations for Distributed File Services for Open Enterprise Server. It is intended for security administrators or anyone who is using DFS and is responsible for the security of the system. It requires a basic understanding of DFS, the Storage Services (NSS) volumes, and NCP volumes on Linux.
