13.9 Problem with iPrntman

This issue is specific to migration.

Unable to get the user FDN and/or password from the request when using iPrintman

Explanation: After the upgrade is over, iManager shows that both the Driver Store and PSM are down.
Possible Cause: AS problem with the Small Footprint CIM Broker (SFCB) configuration.
Action: Use the following procedure:

  1. Use the systemctl stop novell-idsd.service and systemctl stop novell-ipsmd.service commands to stop the idsd and ipsmd daemons before the upgrade.

  2. Use the systemctl start novell-idsd.service and systemctl start novell-ipsmd.service commands to restart the idsd and ipsmd daemons after the upgrade is over.
