The default IP address for the docker0 network is 172.17.0.0/16. If the default docker0 network conflicts with your current network, modify the docker0 bridge.
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
Change the default IP for the docker0 bridge. For more information, see SUSE Support Page.
If CIS is configured on the same server, update the new subnet address.
