3.1 What are the prerequisites for installing and configuring UMC?

Once you have an ISO build file for OES, verify that the setup satisfies the following requirement:

  • Ensure the environment consists of OES 2023 non-DSfW setup.

  • A minimum of one server must have UMC installed to manage the other servers in the tree.

  • Ensure that the necessary ports are available for UMC. The UMC port details are:

    • APACHE-443 (Secure HTTP)

    • OES-REST-3000

    • UMC-REST-3333

    • eDir API-9010 (Default)

    • POSTGRES DB-5432 (Default)
