If you did not install Avahi Package Services during the OES installation, you can install it later by using YaST > Open Enterprise Server.
Open the YaST Control Center. In the left panel under Groups section, click Software, then click Software Management to open the Software Search page.
Search Avahi in the search bar.
Select Avahi from the Package search result list, then click Accept.
