15.1 Adding Replica Site to the New Management Context Fails with an eDirectory -603 error

Using iManager, replica site is not added to the newly created management context because admin user has insufficient rights.

To resolve this issue, ensure that the admin user has sufficient rights (create, read,write,access, modify, and erase) on the container to be made as a management context.
